Architect
Group Goetz Architects (GGA) has an opening for a dynamic, accomplished Architect.
Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:
Requirements
- 6-8 years of solid architectural production experience
- Strong knowledge in Revit, Photoshop and 3D Max
- Strong portfolio, rendering and graphics skills
- Confidence, motivation and a design-oriented outlook
- LEED accreditation

Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager
GGA has an opening for a dynamic Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager.
We require LEED certification, 12+ years of experience in both design and managing client teams. We give preference to candidates with a security clearance.
CAD-CAFM Aperture Manager
- Strong AutoCad knowledge with Architectural and FM production experience
- Space planning and basis design (test fits) experience in corporate facility
- Good management and communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and CAD-CAFM technology
- A degree in Architecture
- Working knowledge of Aperture, FM Systems, FM Desktop or other similar systems.
Project Managers
Registered architect with 10+ years of experience in running large office facilities management, government and commercial interior projects. Responsible for the accountability and execution of design from concept through CA. Candidate must be able to clearly define examples of management technique and procedure. Candidate must be able to develop and demonstrate a comprehensive and clear understanding of client’s goals and objectives at the business level. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Projects is required. Knowledge and exposure to CAD programs and how it relates to team dynamics is preferred.
Senior Architects
7-10 years experience with 3-5 years experience as a responsible PA on various project types. Strong knowledge of construction, materials, code compliancy, engineering coordination, and construction specification writing is required. Experience in Base Building, Renovations, Restoration, Corporate Facilities Management and Fast Track Projects is ideal, as is proficiency in AutoCAD, the ability to work in a team environment, and to relay correspondence. Architecture degree required, registration preferred.
Project Architects/Project Designers
3-5 years experience on various project types. Must be able to design, document and detail, space plan with guidance from senior staff. Experience in code compliancy, engineering coordination, and furniture product knowledge and construction specification writing is ideal. Must be proficient in AutoCAD with exposure to other computer software applications. Experience in BIM, 4-D modeling and Revit is strongly preferred. Minimum of a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required or a Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
Senior Project Designers
7-10 years experience in working on large commercial projects. Strong knowledge of furniture product, space planning, organizational management and client skills. Experience in working with government furniture requisitions/specifications and coordination with manufacturers.
